Golden Battered Fish Fillet with White Sauce

Hubby and I decided to spend quality time by preparing our dinner since we can't go out due to bad weather. We've spent long hours at the grocery finalizing our menu and buying our ingredients. My task is to prepare the main dish while he is in charge of baking the mouth watering desserts.
